Right out of the box, it came with two remotes, both ready to go with good batteries—no setup hassle. It heats up fast and keeps the temperature steady the whole time. No waiting, no guesswork. One of my favorite features? No annoying drain plug. Instead, it has a smart handle that lets me pour the water out easily without spilling or wrestling with a cap. And it doesn’t leak—not a drop. The collapsible silicone sides are smooth and firm—folds in with almost no pressure, pops right back out, and holds its shape perfectly during use. Doesn’t sag or slosh around, and doesn’t make a mess. My feet are 12 inches long and they fit comfortably with room to spare. It even comes with a lid that keeps out bugs, pet hair, and dust while it heats up—something most foot spas overlook. Everything about this was well thought-out. Comfortable, easy to use, easy to store, and clean design. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.
