At only $40 it doesnt feel like it should be this good. The inner belt has the nice rubberized liner to make it comfy. The outer belt holds all my crap really really well. I have no complaints with it. Love everything about it. The sizing and the way it velcros down and locks in place gives it a real one up over some others.
