Review: This brand/model of pan is what you want. - Only had it a few weeks. Works exactly as expected. Can't recall were I found a specific recommendation for the brand/model of Non Stick Frying Pan, but it has worked without any oil/butter added every time. Even if a tiny bit of the food burns on the metal parts (not the non-stick surface), a gentle swipe removes that easily. I'm using silicon utensils with it. Heat seems evenly distributed. Eggs appear to cook perfect quickly. It feels like less time than our old egg frying pan. Should have gotten a replacement pan years ago. The only question might be if you are getting the correct size or not. For a 3-egg omelet, 8" is perfect. Also for 1-2 person fried eggs or scrambled eggs, this size is perfect. Now I just need a larger version for family-sized meals like browning 1.5 lbs of ground beef for taco nights.

Only had it a few weeks. Works exactly as expected.
