Using a set of ring size gauges, I find that it sized my ring down from 10 to 9.5. **Q: How does it stay in place? Adhesive?** A: There is some type of adhesive that holds it in place. But there is no sticky residue. Found the correct size and applied one sticker, but the ring was still a little loose so I applied a second on the other half of the ring and it fit perfectly.
