What's more explainable, a double blade knife, or a simple skinnner knife? I chopped off the belt loop and snap clip with strong scissors, and it fit's perfect in my front waistband (under underwear and pants). Knife is sharp and has been easy to sharpen. Short but stubby handle fits very well in the hand. I love the imperfect bone scales. Yes, it's okay that it's not straight out of some perfect factory - you can love handmade slight imperfections in the bone handle. I like the other sharpfinger knife designs, but love how this one has a hole for the index finger. Again, I carry this on a daily basis as a concealed self-defense, and normally have a back pocket carry of a Shrade sod buster or Shrade barlow as a regular knife. My original purchase and sheath is on the left and what I got today is on the right. The serrations on the new blade are WAY different from the advertised one and completely different from the original. Also the sheath isn't big enough to fit the blade without damaging it (too much foam material inside AND due to the wierd facing serrations, if you do get the blade all the way into the sheath you can't easily get it back out as it hooks itself into the foam, so when you pull it out it's like sawing the sheath apart from the inside.
