Review: Great company - 49years old, peri-menopausal, anxiety and stress levels causing me to wake in the night and feel crazy during the day. Taking 2 of these vitamins a day with a cbd capsule before bed and I have definitely noticed the difference. Feeling calmer, more focused, sleeping through the night. Been taking for about 3 weeks. Compared these to the general womens' vitamins of another brand I was taking and apart from being higher doseage of certain vitamins to combat peri-menopausal deficiencies, they have additional ingredients like ashwagandha root extract and magnesium. They were recommended to me by my sister-in-law and glad she did.
