The quality is impeccable and their attention to detail is precise, especially for a custom made heavy bag. Yes, this bag is custom made to order, therefore it takes approximately 4-6 weeks to receive. Please be prepared to wait the minimum of 4 weeks for your bag to be received/shipped… it will definitely be worth the wait. For me, it was a Mother’s Day gift, so I was a bit worried that it would not make it in time, but just as I began to worry it was at the door and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Unlike many other brands outslayer does not use sand bags in their bags, I found this to be a good thing because the thing with punching bags filled with sand bags is that after a while the sand bags all go to bottom of the punching bag.
