Review: Give this a shot - Worth trying! - Great product worked well for me! I am writing this review after consistently using Manjistha powder for close to a year. Months before I discovered this product, I was struggling with terrible acne. Large bumpy ugly ones that lasted for months and left scars as they shrunk. I was going through several topical creams and nothing helped. Eventually I figured I need some internal cleansing - which is when I found this on desertcart (Thank God!). And thought, why not! Manjistha is heavily used in ayurvedic treatments for blood purification and detoxing and I felt comfortable using it since I am no stranger to ayurvedic products. I purchased and started using this with no expectations whatsover and to my surprise I found amazing results! First, the acne shrunk in 2-3 days and healed in under 5 days. Next, the old scars started fading. Over a span of a month, I was not getting any acne. I don't have heavy acne prone skin though, still the results were astonishing. However I continue using this product (and will do so as long as its available) because of its health benefits. As far using it, I just mix about a pinch (using more caused stomach issues - may vary based on individual's capacity) of it in a regular cup of hot water and drink as is. The powder is gritty and doesn't dissolve but that doesn't bother me, I consume as much as I can. It doesn't have a unique taste or odor but has a strong reddish brown hue. I made sure to consume it daily in the beginning and now I am not as consistent but I can still see great results. I did not change the way I ate or worked out, no changes in products I used topically. Full credit goes to Manjistha powder from Banyan Botanicals for helping me be acne free. Aside this there were no effects on my skin, it doesn't claim to do so either, so that's that. I store the product sealed in the original packaging in my refrigerator for a better shelf life and to keep it moisture free. If you came across this review, give this product a shot! Review: Fibromyalgia & Lymphadema Ongoing Updates - I have head and neck lyphadema after 2 surgeries on my neck for thyroid cancer. The scar tissue causes blockage of lymph flow. It’s 2019 and it took me 6 years to pinpoint why I was having so many issues. Doctors were absolutely no help. In regular terms I suffer neck pain, headaches, brain fog, memory issues, sinus and ear pressure, fatigue, sleepiness and mood swings. I often have loss of smell and taste probably all due to inflammation in my head and neck and nervous system. I have swelling around my collar bone, stiff muscles in my neck and all lymph nodes from my collar bone upwards are tender and slightly swollen all the time. I just received this today and am in a lot of pain. I do a castor oil and heat massage once a week to help lymph flow and tonight is the night I will need to do another. I have a pressure headache, earaches, fatigue, neck pain and brain fog today. Usually I will take ibuprofen when I feel this bad, but I wanted to see how this product works on it’s own. It’s a perfect day to start because I feel horrible and have not used any other meds or herbs to help. First dose- 1/8 tspoon in 4 oz water I took it about 30 minutes ago. I am feeling like I took a nasal decongestant. My sinus pressure is clearing out and I can now smell the kitchen trash from across the room. I don’t think my daughter emptied it like she said she did!! I still have a dull headache (only been 30 minutes) but I can definitely feel the same relief of pressure that the lymph massage brings on. There first is a slight throbbing feeling in my neck where I think my lymph starts to be stimulated into moving. This is followed by a feeling that my ears and sinuses are decongesting. I can then feel small pinpricks randomly in some lymph nodes and further relief of pressure and pain, then followed by feeling like my head and neck are not so heavy anymore. So far this powder is doing the same thing my lymph massage does. I did take a pretty small dose because I tend to be sensitive to herbs and meds. I feel a small boost of clarity as well. I’ll update a few more times over the month. Update same first day with no further doses, I did not need to do my lymph massage and castor oil soak of the area! Pain is minimal and brain fog is improved. I’m very impressed Update I think it’s been about 2/3 months using this daily. My skin looks amazing, at first I could tell it was helping my skin get toxins out because I had some very minor break outs here and there, but nothing like the cystic acne I get when something irritates my skin. My skin is brighter and clearer and softer. My neck pain is extremely manageable now, and I found that if I take a dose of this before bed I do not wake up feeling like I was run over by a train! I have lost about 5 lbs of water weight because I am no longer dealing with chronic swelling in my legs and head and neck. I infused some Rose Hip seed oil with the powder and I use that directly on my skin for an even brighter healthy glow

Great product worked well for me! I am writing this review after consistently using Manjistha powder for close to a year. Months before I discovered this product, I was struggling with terrible acne. Eventually I figured I need some internal cleansing - which is when I found this on Amazon (Thank God!). And thought, why not! Manjistha is heavily used in ayurvedic treatments for blood purification and detoxing and I felt comfortable using it since I am no stranger to ayurvedic products. I purchased and started using this with no expectations whatsover and to my surprise I found amazing results! First, the acne shrunk in 2-3 days and healed in under 5 days. Next, the old scars started fading. Over a span of a month, I was not getting any acne. I don't have heavy acne prone skin though, still the results were astonishing. However I continue using this product (and will do so as long as its available) because of its health benefits.
