Fan comes with all possible connectors you could possibly need. I used the provided 3M solderless connectors. Worked great! Temp at idle went from avg. 45℃ with all fans running to 35℃ with only the Noctua in the center running. I've used many Noctua fans for tower builds in the past. One PC built in 2008 is still going strong as are the Noctua fans.
