Had to use the old one. It would not stay on when reinstalling the actuator into the door. The rod kept falling off. After the install, the door does not open with either handle (inside/outside). This is the fourth install, the other three went more smooth than this one. I purchased a different model for the other three doors. I would purchase a different model next time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Was easy to install *by P***K on Reviewed in the United States on August 4, 2018* Was easy to install, relatively. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it didn't come pre greased. I had previously purchased some silicon grease which I used on this component. Put grease in all the areas where it should have been. Other than that, all the bolt holes lined up. Everythng works perfectly. No complaints. It also didn't have the plastic cover or screws the covers where the open and locking cables connect. It was necessary to reuse from the old unit. But I'm not giving it 4 stars for that. I'd rather reuse the old and have the price be lower. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good *by S***W on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2018* Installation was easy enough and the new part works fine so far. I do wish they included more of the padding that was present on the one installed by Honda. It's very difficult to transfer without damaging it.
