Firstly the dropper hardly functions, most of the serum stays in the dropper. Secondly this serum does not have any spread to it. It sticks to one area of hair and is hard to distribute throughout. I didn’t see any difference in quality, shine, or softness in my hair. I had to add detangler just to be able to comb it through. I have no idea why this product has good reviews. Not to mention it is so overpriced.
