Bought this Vital Proteins skin complex about a week ago and I can see a dramatic improvement in my skin as far as texture, clarity, brightness in that short time! It mixes into my hot coffee seamlessly. It has NO flavor and doesn’t change the taste of my coffee at all, whatsoever.
