I never asked for a refund, but they refunded me for the entire set even though I only had a problem with one set of seeds. They followed up to make sure I got the refund. Very attentive and helpful customer service. The other seeds are all growing beautifully, so based on my experience with this company, I will buy seed pod sets from them again when I need them. As usual, the basil grew immediately, but the cilantro won't do a thing. I've read some info about fertilizer Ph and lighting and temperature requirements for cilantro, but they aren't helpful since there is no way to control the water temp in this hydroponic home gardens. And the fertilizer included does not have any info about Ph so who knows whether it's compatible with the cilantro? And why does the kit include seeds that won't grow in the same conditions as other seeds if the purpose of the kit is to have an herb garden with a variety of herbs? A friend of mine happens to have bought this same kit and her cilantro won't grow either. Really disappointed since the cilantro was one of the herbs I most wanted to grow. One other nicely about them is being able to transplant into a garden without taking the pods out if the casing.
