Review: Excellent Protein Powder - This protein powder is great - the macros are nuts, it doesn't have a ton of ingredients like the other ones, and it tastes great. And taste is super important to me because I have had some nasty ones over the years. It was originally recommended to me by a friend, and it is not cheap but I've used it for ages. Highly recommend.
Review: Clean - good calories and protein content - drinkable! - This product is, what it is. Simple route to high calorie intake and high protein. Easy to mix, easy to drink. Add/subtract water/milk to get the preferred consistency, I drink with 300ml of almond milk and split the shake into 2 scoops pre workout, 2 scoops post. I don't take on non gym days and it gets me through the month. Also, there is no significant taste to it, to change this i add Turmeric (1 tbls), banana and pepper (helps absorption).
