Review: Delicious truffles and excellent customer service! - I've bought a few packs of the Monty Bojangles Berry Bubbly Truffles this year having experienced them at a Christmas do December 2019 and enjoying them enormously! These are really superb and delicious products! I gave some out at a friends party recently and several of the guests went on to order some themselves as they also thought they were gorgeous! On one of my more recent orders the truffles arrived melted and had condensed into one large block. I think this was due to the delivery service rather than the product manufacturer. I flagged this to the team at MB, and the customer service was great. They responded promptly offering a refund or replacement. I love these truffles so much so I requested a replacement and they arrived soon and in perfect condition. I'll continue to order, and would highly recommend! Looking forward to trying some of the other flavours too.
