I use it now for my grandchildren with disposalable one. However, I only ever use it when baby is sore or has nappy rash. It's not ideal as a barrier cream but almost a wonder cream for soreness in babies and burns and wounds for adults. Couldn't recommend it highly enough for these reasons.
