I'll keep it there and watch for signs of it going bad like a change in smell, color, taste, or seeing mold growing. I'm sure you can freeze it for a very long time. **Q: Another person asked about what pepper is used. The Amazon description says calabrian, but the label does not. Are the peppers calabrian, or not?** A: Calabria is a region, not really a type of pepper. These appear to be hot chilis from Calabria. There is a photo included that shows the side label where they do say these are Calabrian chilis. ## Frequently Bought Together - TUTTOCALABRIA Pate Crushed Calabrian Chili Pepper Pate, Smoother Textured Version of Our Crushed Pepper Paste, 10 oz - TUTTOCALABRIA Crushed Calabrian Chili Pepper, Paste/Spread/Sauce, Hot, Savory, Delicious,10 oz, (285g) - TUTTOCALABRIA Hot Spread Sauce, Miscela Esplosiva, 10 OZ (285g), Minced Calabrian Chili & Giardiniera Vegetables --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/716439664-tuttocalabria-chili-pepper-pate-seedless-creamy-paste-10-oz-285](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/716439664-tuttocalabria-chili-pepper-pate-seedless-creamy-paste-10-oz-285) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
