It comes with three different rubber ear mounts for the speaker to make it more comfortable. The Bluetooth hook up is so simple, range is well over 50 feet and it will reconnect automatically. The volume adjustment works great. It has numeric caller id that you don't have to program. The end call is a one button push and the last number called is a double push. The price is so much less than those bulky over the head models and it is much more user friendly. The only down side is there is no warning when the battery is low, but I charge it every other day and it does fine.
