**Q: Is it similar to miso paste in taste?**
A: Yes and no. It has a hint of spice . It is delicious, but if you are using it as a replacement for miso, the flavors don’t exactly match

**Q: What about the expiration date**
A: The expiration date is 11/17/2020 for the current stock we have now!

**Q: Can this be frozen for later use/should it be?**
A: According to various sites on the web it should be refrigerated. It does have an expiration date on the container. I didn’t see anything about freezing it.

**Q: Is there a gluten free version of this product?**
A: I don’t know if this is gluten free but this company have more products and yes have gluten free and organic ( I love all )
