It finally got to where we could not connect to it no matter what we tried. I had nothing to lose so I pulled the back cover and found water in it. This was supposed to be a factory sealed new unit….so why did it leak and fail. This was the first time I bought this model/style. The other cameras (battery accessible) models have had Zero problems in almost 2 years. This Essential XL didn’t make it 8 months. Arlo has been less than supportive to say the least with this camera. Very disappointed! I plan on swapping out all of my Arlo products as they fail with other Manufacturers.
