I don’t even sweeten it so I’m a true matcha lover. It’s great. Fresh perfectly Kermit the Frog green (the teahouse version should be a bit darker usually) and most importantly as I’m super in tune with my body, my body loves it. You just feel great when you drink it instantly separate from the caffeine. I think it’s your body recognizing the amazing nutrition. In case you didn’t know matcha is rich in polyphenols like catechins- powerful antioxidants in addition to chlorophyll and quercetin! Great for inflammation and allergies.
