    Very upset grandson and disappointed nanny

I bought this product in August for my grandson for Christmas, when he took it out the box one ankle was broken and the figure was completely solid. There was no damage to the box so didn’t for one minute feel I needed to take it out the box to ensure it was ‘stretchy’. We were both very upset 😢

Can't believe amazon is still allowing it to be sold. mine came like all the other reviews, hard as stone, u try and bend it and it simply breaks, doesn't stretch. thanks a lot... great christmas present for my son who was very upset
