Gentle enough so it's not pounding your head with water, but enough pressure to get your body and hair clean. The sprayer unit has multiple settings to choose from, located right on the handle. Switching from the main sprayer to the handheld is as simple as turning a knob. We are a family of 4, so this product gets used A LOT. We have experienced no issues, no leaks, no pressure problems, no blockages. It's been perfect. The only problem I had was the possibility of leaving it behind. My family is moving, and the piece that holds the base for the handheld sprayer sticks by an adhesive plate to the tile wall. I couldn't remove it without damaging the integrity of the wall plate (not the shower, but to the metal holder). And if I did manage to remove it in tact, it would never stick again. I contacted the manufacturer via email explaining my situation, and requested just a new adhesive plate. I received a response very quickly (in just a few hours) stating that they are unable to send a replacement part of my unit, but instead would send out an entirely new setup at no cost! Even the shipping was free, and fast. The product came with a 2 year guarantee, and they honored it with ease. I sent my screenshot proof of purchase, and they asked if I could send a photo of the unit, batch number, and a picture of the tile wall (which they said was totally optional, but it was no trouble at all to do).
