It is hard to install. I found comments in an install video that provided a trick to install it. You have to take the bumper piece out of the center plate and put that in first to align the guide tabs. I then used my old center piece and put that on next and it worked. The plastic pillars that actuate the internal switch were a little bit too long, preventing the new bumpers to actually move. I was able to use some standard sand paper to lightly shave off some of this length. After this, so far seems to work perfectly. See attached image for the pillars I am referring to. DO NOT get too aggressive with the sandpaper if you need to do this.
