Not to put a bad spin on a good thing, I would recommend one thing. as they are only 9" long, it's very hard to put against a wall and stand on while calf stretching, puts you to close to wall, so you have to use them in more open space. "so here's the thing, put some kind of non-slip on bottom of Wedges to keep from sliding, whether its hard floor or carpet they are slippery and tend to move. include some self adhesive Rubber bumper feet, or self adhesive rubber strips to attach to bottom if needed to keep from moving. I bought a pack of self adhesive 3/8 dot rubber bumpers and attached to the bottom four corners on each wedge. works great ! no more sliding wedge and the wife is happy, that tells you how my life is going, hahaha good product, Thanks alot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just What I Needed *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2019* I have plantar fasciitis and I need to stretch my feet and calves repeatedly throughout the day. With this wedge, I can get a really good stretch in while at work without being incredibly obvious. I just put it under my work table, and I can stretch out and keep working. Since it's foam, it's lightweight, so I can just toss it into my bag and travel with it. They come in a pair, and I just use one at a time, so I keep one at work, and one at home. It's pretty lightweight, but seems durable.
