It's a cream it's thick and creamy and nice nothing will moisturize your skin your hands your feet your fingernails and toenails elbows knees like this will after it's absorbed you will see your skin literally transformed. If you have any scratches or lesions it will burn a little bit at first and then you'll get used to it after a couple of applications and it won't burn anymore but it will heal skin that is broken or burned or torn or cut yes it will burn but it will heal really nicely with this product.
