It's not a complaint... but a heads up to anyone using this indoors on a range or cooktop. This produces steam the entire time it is cooking. The aroma is fantastic... but the steam and microscopic food particles in the steam... settle... cool on... and lightly grease spot everything near the device. You could not have any open steaming device that would not do this... it is just the nature of that form of cooking. So in the future... I'll use mine almost exclusively on the Grill, cook stove, or hot plate outside so to minimize clean up. Review: Just buy it - Great pot for cooking in the woods, love that the lid clamps on.
