You just pull it over your head, there is no clasp. It's big, meaning it covers your boobs and goes down to the top of your stomach. It isn't something you would wear under a plunging top. It's elastic and it is very comfortable. I didn't notice it rolling down at all. There are also loops to attach straps which are included. Because it is big, if you are wearing a top or dress with deep armholes the bra will show.Does it give you as much support as a strapless bra with underwire? No but the support is decent and it feels so much better.
