I was excited to hear other health care professionals say it works well with a stethoscope.... But sorry to say, it didn't work out so well for me :-( I was hoping the face opening would be small as other reviewers complained of, but mine is huge & will require a pin. Beside that, the hijab is soft & I can wrap it twice, or just once for a longer, looser look. It didn't have bad Oder. But it's not 'Instant' if I have to use pin under chin. I may buy again & maybe get the chance of a small face opening.I wanted to tell a tip of one thing I do with the hijabs I wear when working at hospital. I take the "headband" part of a two piece Amira hijab, and make a little slit in the material, on each side where my ear opening is so I can easy place the stethoscope directly in my ears, without having to pull hijab back. You cannot see the slits, as you just pull the larger piece of the hijab forward when finished. It works great and I can keep my modestly. Pulling back and forth makes the hair come lose, and I look in mirror embarrassed that half my hair is out. No good ### ⭐⭐ changed the fabric--terrible! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2016* Update:12/3/16I ordered 2 additional black because I loved the first one so much but they changed the fabric. It's now a much thinner almost sheer black with a shiny tone that makes it sparkle. So disappointed. I thought I had found my favorite scarf.Navy was not a true navy but more of a deep blue. The white was not a clean enough white and was too sheer. The cream was ok but was full of someone's dark hairs-- gross. I love the black and will probably order more. I have a longish oval face and it fits well but I feel like it looks better if I have an undercap (hidden) because the material is very thin and slips a little. Also, I wrap it around on top of my head once and then bring the end with the bling around the back of my neck and pin to my front collar under the rest of the scarf so that the unnecessary rhinestone logo is hidden and so that it stays put all day. It's probably my favorite hijab that I've ever owned in terms of comfort. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice material, secure style, and a bit confining for the uninitiated *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2016* Color is as shown, and fabric is soft and stretchy and drapes well. Wearing a hijab while traveling is going to be a challenge for me, and the advantage of this style is that with a pre-made opening for your face, it will keep you covered without effort.
