It tastes great, which is a plus. Some people are complaining about it's inability to mix well with water. I read that first, so tried a different tactic. If you mix on scoop with only 1 or 2 oz. of water, ( I used a small whisk right in the glass), it will dissolve with no problem. Then just mix in the rest of the water needed, 10 oz. total for 1 scoop.

Hoax. It doesn’t work. Tried it for months with normal healthy diet. Nothing. Then I did a hard core diet. The diet is what works. Not this product. It doesn’t mix well and is extremely expensive. Put your money toward a nice healthy diet plan and don’t let this take credit for it.
