Which is true?** A: Hi, We are working on getting some pictures changed. Sorry.. it is 2 bottles each 50 ounce and the product is a 2x formula hot and cold water safe with 6 enzymes. Its a great formula.You will not be disapointed..it tests as good as Tide... Sherry Berkley **Q: Can I use this to n a front load HE washer?** A: All of our laundry items are HE compatible Sherry Berkley **Q: What water temperature can i use this with(cold, warm, hot)?** A: I used this mainly with cold water, but it did equally well in warm/hot water. **Q: Is the lavender scent from synthetic fragrance?** A: The fragrance is partially synthetic, we put all of the fragrance thru EPA Safer Choice so it is re-formulated to remove toxins found in Natural oils and fragrances.What most people do not understand is that just because something is Natural does not mean it is Safe.No one talks about it because it does not fit the marketing narrative. Highly recommend! PLUS, we have been using for over a week and our front load washer does not have the odor that it had! I usually, one a week, do a hot wash with vinegar. They have a fragrance-free one, but I don’t have any issues with this scent as it’s very light/pleasant.It’s safe for delicate clothes/doesn’t cause fading, and most washes won’t require more than the recommended amount.The only reasons I’m not giving it five-stars are:1. More is needed to remove stronger odors (gym clothes/musty towels/pet odors).2. Stains generally remain if not pre-treated. That said, many natural detergents have this issue (unless they contain baking soda, which then can cause fading). I use an oxygenated bleaching powder for white clothing, and otherwise this brand’s dish soap works well for removing fresh stains. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Yellow colored detergent instead of clear *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2019* This detergent was greatly packaged as it came to me, but there was an oily residue on the surface of the bottles. Also, the big turnoff for me was that the detergent was yellow, and I thought as advertised..that I was getting a clear detergent.
