I know there must be a significant amount.** A: Do NOT take all the information from "Toddfather" as undisputable fact. I found the fat content in dried bananas varies per brand. Some said 10g, some 8g &, yes, some list it as zero (Trader Joe's for example). As for the sugar content, it also varies. Some list it as high as 60+g and some list it as 10g. As for the potassium question, his numbers are spot on. Dried banana contains significantly less potassium than a raw banana. Why it isn't listed I do not know. I found multiple brands of banana chips do not have it listed either. The lack of potassium listed and the other nutritional information mentioned isn't only a problem with this brand. So take that information however you desire. **Q: shelf life?** A: The Bare Natural Banana Chips were delightfully crunchy and sweet. The apples are also baked to perfection and the bananas are sliced thin and baked just enough to make them delicious and crisp. Yes these crunchy baked fruit slices are unsweetened but they taste amazing. I'd say they are just right!So there is no moisture content as far as I can tell and the ingredients are all natural. The scent of the fruit and coconut is amazing and these are easy to chew and digest.
