**Q: Is this 100% matcha tea in the bag or does it have green tea also?**
A: This is green leaf tea with a very small amount of matcha powder added for flavor. It is NOT matcha powder. It is bagged tea that you steep in the cup.

**Q: What are the tea bags made of? Are they fabric or plastic?**
A: I emailed ITO EN Customer Service (ITO EN (North America) Inc.) to ask what their teat bags are made of and here is their email reply:

We are also actively researching compostable and plant-based material options as part of our continued focus on environmental sustainability.
If you would like to avoid using our nylon teabags while we research sustainable packaging solutions, we do offer a selection of loose leaf teas, which you can find on our website at the following link: hXXps://itoen.com /collections /loose-leaf . I ordered the teabags because they come in silk pouches which eliminates paper taste and smell. I like the quality and the taste of the tea. They're not cheap but to me they're worth the price difference.
