You will need a very rare size hex head 5.5mm for removal of old and install of new. Also, having a second person holding the unit in place while screws are tightened will help a great deal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Not easy with a center console *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2019* I kick myself for putting this off so long. For the money, this was an easy decision, but if you have a 2500HD with the center console, good luck with that first screw on the kick panel. I went through every tool in the box and couldn't find anything that made it easier. It took about 40 minutes to remove the one screw. Everything else took less than 10 minutes and I now have AC on the driver side again.
