Review: Great Water, Great bottle, Great People, Great Company! - This is such a brilliant idea to make sturdy, reusable, washable water bottles with excellent alkaline water in them. With all the information about microplastics and whatever we eventually determine their relationship to human ingestion and cancer, THIS seems like a good alternative. Aluminum is also nearly infinitely recyclable, while we know that plastic gets worse each time and can only be used for lower quality plastic with each progressive meltdown and repurpose. But better than ALL of that, and equally important (to me, at least), are good companies, with good people, in good conscience trying to do the right thing. Often you never know that until something goes wrong and you see how they deal with it. My first case from desertcart arrived with a lot of bent, dinged bottles that were most likely abused in transit. Nothing was actually leaking, but I wanted to reuse these bottles many times, and having them dinged and bent from the start was a minor bummer. I messaged Path to tell them about it, and they were wonderful. They sent me a brand new case that did NOT get banged up in transit and just made the whole process easy. If good karma is something you can take to the bank, Path Water is going to do great. I wish them all the success in the world and really love being able to reused their product and not buy plastic again.
