As a young and motivated coffee farmer, Sebastian convinced his father to plant rare varietals to help offset the low C market prices. Although a huge risk to replace high producing varieties such as Castillo for low producing varietals, like Gesha, Sebastian was determined to produce an outstanding cup. We think he nailed it with this Washed Pink Bourbon.”
