I weight 225lbs, I wore them through a summer vacation trip to Washington, SO MUCH walking, and these shoes were comfortable and supportive throughout. After that, they became running shoes, and they've served me for a dozen runs at 3-4 miles each, I have zero complaints. BTW, a few of those were on dirt and gravel, and these shoes performed admirably; good traction, and roots don't hurt. Fit is accurate, I wear 13 in Nike, Vans, Ecco, Bass, and these. Toe box is just a smidge roomy. The only critique I have (8 months into ownership) is that they take stains pretty fast.
