I called the company (#is on inside of the box) and the customer service was wonderful. They said that they thought they had fixed the problem. They send me a prepaid label to send my remaining pods back so that they could investigate and also mailed me a bunch of their other coffee. The taste is good if you can get them to brew! It would only brew half a shot before becoming just a little drip. Defective design I guess.
