I use this culture to make fermented dairy like Dr. Davis recommends. My culture turned out just great and tastes good. It’s mild and it seems to be helping my digestion. I just keep it in the refrigerator to make the culture last longer. Really good product and much more cost-effective than capsules. I also like the fact that it’s very pure and doesn’t have additives like they put in capsules, either.
