The material (light soft jersey) is really soft and silky and drapes well, and even the lace is soft - no itchy scratchy bits. I'll be having more in other colours, these make great presents. There are plenty of much more expensive and more ornate scarves available, and many are much more expensive. I bought a few of these in different colours, and was delighted with the style, quality and choice. I have already washed some of them on a short 30 degree wash, and they iron well. I am hoping that the seller will introduce more colours soon. I contacted the seller, and they were very polite, professional and friendly. I've noticed though, over the past few purchases, that despite their good quality and nice fabric, the triangle has been asymmetrical on a few occasions (one tail being longer than the other). The company exchanged the first one for me without quibble. My time is so precious however, I don't have enough to keep returning the products so have decided against buying any more. If they sorted out the shape then I'd be happy to continue buying them as you can't fault the value and they literally transform outfits from plain to special.
