Yuasa AGM batteries are Maintenance Free, with no need to add water, but periodic charging required when not in use. Advanced lead-calcium technology – holds its specific gravity more than 3 times longer than conventional lead antimony batteries. Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separators absorb electrolyte making the battery nonspillable, the valve regulated design eliminates water loss and the need for refilling. Bottle Supplied (BS) – dry AGM batteries are shipped with the electrolyte stored in a plastic container and the battery is filled with electrolyte from the container by the end user when it’s ready to be activated. YUASA is a standard OEM battery for MANY powersport manufacturers and is known to last a very long time and perform well. Cons: - Requires filling the battery with acid which is included and very easy to do. - Requires charging (at least in my case) after filling the battery with acid. - Cannot be oriented in any angle other than vertical. - Heavy and outdated tech. - No real Warranty Conclusion: Although there are many cons with this battery, the pros are truly worth it for anyone interested in a new powersport battery. YUASA makes arguably the best batteries in the business and they have a high-quality reputation to prove it. I'm a motorcycle mechanic and have seen hundreds of bikes that I've worked on that still have this OEM YUASA battery installed from the factory and it still runs over 8-10 years later in some cases. **Q: Can someone please confirm dimensions? according to the YUASA site and the existing expired battery I have the dimensions are 6 7/8" x 3 7/16" x6 1/8"**
A: The YUASA battery I bought matched the product number of the old battery and was a perfect duplicate of the original which was installed in my 2006 Goldwing GL1800.

**Q: will this fit a 2007 victory motorycycle?**
A: Bill Im not sure if you have seen it,but you can enter the year,make and model of your motorcycle at the top of the page to make sure it fits.

**Q: The ytx20l-bs.... does it come with the acid to be added or is it already sealed? looks sealed in the photos but the reviews talk about adding acid.**
A: The acid will need to be added and then you will put the seal in place and charge the battery. It is sealed from that point.

**Q: Why do you need to add acid if it is permetly sealed my old battery is sealed when bought**
A: There are two types of AGM (absorbed gas mat) batteries.  Those that are "factory activated" and those that are "bottle supplied" (BS) for the user to activate.  The factory activated batteries are filled with acid and sealed at the factory.  The user activated batteries are shipped dry along with a supplied bottle of acid.  The user fills the battery cells with acid and then presses in a sealing plug strip that seals the cells.  Either way, you never add water.The factory sealed are probably better but the user activated versions are more popular.  Yuasa is a premium battery and should be fine.  One note, if you intend to lay the battery on its side, check with Yuasa to verify that the battery can be positioned in that way.  Some can and some cannot without showing weeps around the terminal posts.

Fit my 06 Goldwing. You have to install the acid in it but its super easy. Then wait a couple hours before charging. I was able to use my noco trickle charger to charge it.
