**Q: What length are these vests shoulder to Hem ?**
A: Length from shoulder to hem is 23" or 58 cm.

**Q: what are chest sizes for small & medium ??**
A: I ordered a medium which is my usual size.  The t-shirt that arrived was labelled medium but was much larger than I like to wear.  I am not sure whether the sizing was wrong or whether the style of Urban classics is very loose fitting.  In hindsight I think that the style is loose.
