The block was entirely warm so it probably wouldn't help during the summer but it's the thought that counts for me. 😍 The chocolate was recommended as being the safest dark chocolate we could buy. And the taste is astounding. It's kind of a chunky bar, meaning it's not smooth. It's stone ground chocolate so keep that in mind.

I don't think I've ever had authentic chocolate before, because this is such an experience. It took some getting used to, but now I'm a fan. Like others have said, it's bitter and chalky, but let it sit in your mouth. Slowly savor it. Then eat it. It will be worth it.
