Wet to Style is better for your hair. Some people say that this will damage your hair. I have NEVER had this issue with either version. It's all i use. **Q: Is this ionic?** A: Not sure but it’s not a good one. I have short fine/thin hair and it barely straightened it. I returned it. **Q: How to use it on 220v ?? If i use it with voltage converter then it’s not heating up that much. Please help** A: It is not a worldwide or dual voltage model. It will not work on 240V and using any voltage converter with it voids the warranty. **Q: Do your plates meet each other flat? Mine leave a space and there was no sizzle or steam on wet hair.** A: They do close flat, but if you're not hearing anything or seeing steam check the settings, the screen will be blue when the steam setting is on. I didn't do this the first time and had the same issue. Also, start with the LOWEST temp you think you need.
