I keep them in a cool dark room that I use as a pantry. Had to buy these because hubby will only eat Dukes. **Q: Do these need to be refrigerated?** A: No refrigeration needed at all. That's the beauty of them! ;) **Q: Do these open easily? Like without a scissors?** A: I think so! Opens like a normal condiment package like ketchup and mustard I thought. **Q: What is the expiration date or shelf life of these packets?** A: There is no expiration date on any of the packets, and they didn't come in a Heinz box, so I can't tell what their shelf life is, but it takes me months to use up the 200 packets I bought, and they seem to be fine.
