Heizt schnell und hält die Temperatur je nach Einstellung. Größe der Platte für einen 20 cm Topf optimal. Die Füße haben eine tolle höhe und sehen schickt aus. Auch die Größe der Platte ist toll, da sie rundherum noch viel Email zur Verfügung hat und man nicht irgendwo anstößt im Kochvorgang. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit und kann sie jung und alt empfehlen.
