It offers a tidy place to store your headset and controllers, rather than just having them laying around the house. The unit looks like it’s part of the 3S setup with matching colours and quality plastics. The magnetic charging system works well with reasonable charging times. Worth noting is that the unit works with harder style headbands. I had a slight issue with mine in that one of the controller battery covers was missing the magnet used to align it to the charging pins. I got in touch with customer services to let them know and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue for me. I could’ve just returned the unit, but it seemed wasteful for the sake of a single magnet.
