The lense I received from this seller was far superior, it increased the performance of my laser. laser now works even better than I had expected. ### ⭐ 98% Yes, Collimated? No *by M***H on December 8, 2021* I have some experience with changing lenses in lasers, so this was no surprise. This lens does in fact allow around 98% of the optical power of your laser to come through the diode, but it doesn’t really give the “traditional” beam shape. When installed correctly it provides only the round shape of an unfocused laser, when installed backwards it give the “bow tie” shape. This is the only way to actually focus the beam to a workable dot.Overall, if you don’t care about the aesthetics of a proper beam and dot, please buy this.
