Doesn’t affect my stomach at all. I have used these for several marathons and long runs. I’ve tried dozens of other gels out there and these are the only that remain constant for me. They’re pricier, but to me they’re totally worth it to buy for races because I know the quality is great and they’ll keep me going the whole race.
