Review: Changing my review rating. - When you buy a charging bank for periods away from a charger at home you expect it to hold its charge. This unit has a solar panel to allow charging on the go which is why I purchased it. Two days after it was fully charged I left the house with the expectation of using it when my phone’s charge became low. Not only did it lose it’s charge but I had to continually press the power bank’s ON button, and then it only charged for about five seconds. Dreadfully disappointed and frustrated because I was suckered in to buying this product believing it would work for me. In all fairness it was charged two days prior to using it and the morning I left home it sat near the window getting plenty of light. The charge indicator showed a full charge. All I can say is its a good thing we came back early. I would not destroy the packing as you may need to send it back. I won’t because it isn’t worth my time or gas to drive into town to ship it back.

**Q: Will it work with a usb-c for a Samsung A51?**
A: USB-C is a high current, high power specification--minimum 3A @ 20VDC (60W), up to 5Z @ 20VDC (100W). The manufacture did not indicate maximum or continuous output specifications. So, MAYBE... Regardless, you could use this to "top off" the battery; it probably would not keep up with power demand though it would prolong useful duty cycle. It could then be used to charge the device battery while offline. In addition, you would need an adapter to connect with your device as they do not indicate a USB-C connector.

**Q: Is there a reason i have a brand new device fully charged (from a plug for over 12 hrs) and it won't charge anything? flashlight and led's light up.**
A: Yes, you got one of the many bad ones that have gone out.

**Q: can I leave the charger plugged in to the wall all the time?**
A: No, 
that does “over load” or add unnecessary stress to the battery cell.
